The 2019 Primetime Emmy Awards have recently released the full list of nominations for their 71st awards show. NYWIFT is happy to share that a number of our members have been nominated in a variety of categories this year!
The ceremony will air on Sunday, September 22nd, 2019 at 8pm on FOX. There are 16 NYWIFT members nominated in 14 different categories this year – some of whom have received multiple nominations!
We would also like to congratulate our 2019 Designing Women Honorees – the design team of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel who are nominated for Outstanding Period Costumes, as well as Michele Clapton, the costume designer of Game of Thrones who is nominated for Outstanding Fantasy/Sci-Fi Costumes!
