Full Bio
I'm Christina Richardson, a seasoned NYC-based Filmmaker with almost a decade of experience in media and storytelling. Originally from Los Angeles, I transitioned from child acting to earning honors in broadcast communication at Benedict College.
I've directed and produced impactful projects for brands like Facebook, the NYC Department of Education, and Ghetto Gastro, even holding a 1st AD qualification from the Directors Guild of America. I've overseen productions for major clients like Walmart, Audible, and McDonald's. I'm also skilled in video editing and award-winning screenwriting.
In 2017, I founded the Bronx Film Initiative, empowering marginalized youth in filmmaking. With industry partnerships, we've nurtured young talents and garnered festival acceptance and awards.
My ultimate goal is directing episodic television while expanding opportunities for black and brown filmmakers through the Bronx Film Initiative, fostering diversity in storytelling.
