Full Bio
Stavroula Toska is an award-winning writer, director, actress and producer, originally from Sindos, a small town in Thessaloniki, Greece. She moved to New York to study at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and went on to act in off-Broadway plays, student films and tv shows. It was fun at first but she quickly realized that working behind the camera was much more exciting, meaningful, and satisfying and so she turned her focus on writing, directing, and producing.
Before working in film and television, Stavroula traveled the world and worked as a private tutor, executive assistant at a PR firm, professional organizer, celebrity assistant, restaurant hostess, and made history as the first ever female and immigrant to become the General Manager of the world famous The Paris Theatre in New York. She also worked as a professional Dominatrix while researching her series, SWITCH.
