SONYA DAVIS is a New York based Screenwriter who is pursuing her M.F.A. at Feirstein Film School. She is an Author and her work has been viewed at the NYWIFT Designing Woman's Event. Sonya's work has been recognized by the Beverly Hills Film Festival (2016), by the 83rd Writer's Digest magazine, by the New York Film and Television (2017), by PAGE International Awards (2023), the Stacy A. Davis Stowe Story Labs, Screencraft TV pilot Competition, Screencraft Drama Competition (2023) and Second Round Austin Film Festival (2023). Sonya is a creative and imaginative writer who is presently in pursuit of her M.F.A. at Feirstein Film School. She has experience in Writing, Post-Production, Line production, Intimacy Coordination and Script Supervision. She is presently, working on a Thesis film as a Producer and is seeking more opportunities in a Writer's room, a show runner and/or producer.
