Eileen was born to a first generation Muslim Albanian father in Waterbury, CT. On her mother's side she can trace ancestors back to the wrong side of the Revolutionary War & the Salem Witch Trials. A graduate of Westover School in Middlebury, CT., she has a BA in Art History & Film from Vassar College. Acting study at The Atlantic Theater Company, The Actors Studio at The New School where Bradley Cooper & The Beverly Hills Playhouse whilst working at Comedy Central, Diane Von Furstenberg, Saturday Night Live / Broadway Video & Pace Gallery which brought her to the West Coast where she was a Lit agents assistant at CAA, worked for a director on the Universal lot, read scripts for a variety of production cos & finally Virgin Records America where she met her husband. She has written all through it, workshopped at UCLA, NYU, Sundance Collab, Stowe Story Labs, NJ Play Lab & The Austin Film Festival. She was once a semi-successful mom blogger. She lives in semi-rural NJ with her husband, a music executive and 2 teen sons. Proficient horse rider, archer and Pilates practitioner.
