Nicole is celebrating 18 years at Avalanche. She oversees all operations which include accounting, casting and testimonial recruiting, post production and production, insuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently. Nicole has tremendous impact on the daily operations, not only with her work ethic, but also her bright personality, sharp wit and upbeat energy. Not only does she run the Avalanche team efficiently, but she is also a runner herself and recently ran her first full marathon in San Diego! She is the proud mother of Layla, a rescue dog.
