Her work has amplified voices of survivors and activists across a variety of platforms including Netflix, Hulu and MAX.

Tara Malone is a New York based Director, Executive Producer and Photographer with over twenty years of experience in visual media. She began her career producing for the Emmy Award winning program A Baby Story and went on to create diverse content for Netflix, Hulu, MAX, NatGeo, OWN, A&E, Condé Nast and ID.
As a visual storyteller, Tara seeks out opportunities to spotlight social justice content, amplifying voices of survivors and activists. While writing and directing for the series Vanity Fair Confidential, her pieces investigated cases of violence against women, the opioid epidemic, and sex trafficking. In 2020, Tara joined the post- production team of Netflix’s hit series Crime Scene: The Vanishing at the Cecil Hotel by veteran filmmaker Joe Berlinger. She assumed the role of Supervising Producer on the series, which debuted in early 2021, reaching tens of millions worldwide.
