Lauren Hale-Rieckhoff is a feature and documentary Film Producer. An accomplished executive with a passion for disruptive, female-driven content, she began her career in Casting for the cultural juggernaut, HBO's SEX & THE CITY. Following SATC, Hale-Rieckhoff moved on to Creative Artists Agency (CAA), dedicating fourteen years as an Agent in the New York headquarters. In 2017, Lauren co-founded wilyfoXX Collective, a boutique strategic advisory and multi-disciplinary agency focused on constructing indispensable strategies for the people, the brands, and the institutions changing the world.

Currently, Lauren is the President of Andiamo Pictures. Her unique approach to producing is rooted in her philosophy of applying the principles of traditional talent and brand building to emerging films. Her work continues to fulfill her longtime passion for infusing the value of transformational storytelling as a platform to catalyze social change.
