Mira Atwah is a 21-year-old Japanese & Palestinian American writer-director from Cleveland, Ohio with a BFA in Film & TV from NYU Tisch. Most recently, she was featured on Deadline Hollywood as a script development finalist in Stage 32 and Catalyst Studio's Empowering Women Script Competition, standing out as the youngest screenwriter to earn this title alongside established industry professionals. Drawing from her rich cultural heritage, she strives to craft films that thoughtfully convey a globally humane perspective on complex social, cultural, and economic issues.
