Aryana has worked with independent artists, nonprofit organizations, and large media corporations to develop brand-aligned, mission-centered, digital and video content. An experienced producer, Aryana is a Lecturer in Film at SUNY Purchase College. She is currently exploring how democratic management and cooperative ownership can function in creative enterprises, studying at the CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies. She was a member of the inaugural Diversity in Arts Leadership Labs cohort at the Arts and Business Council of New York. Aryana has served as a member of Americans for the Arts Emerging Leaders Advisory Council and junior board member of the Queens Council on the Arts where she assisted in developing programs and resources to promote the growth, development, and sustenance of emerging arts professionals locally and nationwide.
