Full Bio
Katharina Otto-Bernstein, is a German-born filmmaker, producer and screenwriter. She is best known for writing and directing the award-winning documentaries Beautopia and Absolute Wilson, writing the biography of the acclaimed theatre and opera director Robert Wilson by the same title, and co-producing an Emmy-nominated documentary Mapplethorpe: Look at the Pictures. Otto-Bernstein is the president of Film Manufacturers Inc. which develops and produces independent films, documentaries, and television series, with offices in New York and Munich.
