Candidate Requirements:

• 3 – 5+ years experience as a Line Producer and/or EIC
  
• Proven knowledge of current production technologies
  
• Solid communication skills
  
• Ability to think on your feet and react smartly to changes
  
• Ability to work collaborately with talent and creative producers
  
• Ability to manage a budget, but get high quality/low cost results. “No” is not always the first answer.
  
• Ability to still have fun and enjoy the work of all of the above
