THE COMPANY: Herflix is an online movie theater curating films & entertainment for women worldwide. We are about to launch our Beta platform www.herflix.com and need interested interns to work with us in the new world of film distribution.  

THE JOB: Initially, we will teach you to operate the back-end of the Kaltura Content Management System, which is a major system for streaming platforms used worldwide. Kaltura is #1 system in the educational market & used by major streaming sites in the US. Additionally, you will interact with Women In Film members worldwide to aide them in uploading their films, key art and information. You will help determine the distribution territories available for each of the films and help in some marketing initiatives.

 QUALIFICATIONS: A strong interest in learning about the many facets of feature film and television distribution as Herflix is a distribution-based internship. You will learn many different skills & learn how to operate the Kaltura Management Console & the Herflix OTT Dashboard to publish movies securely online. You must be located in NYC area for the duration of your internship. The internship would require a few in-person training sessions and work from home 3 days per week, 3 hours per day. Social marketing skills a plus. We are asking for a 4 month commitment.
