QUALIFICATIONS: *Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced office *Ease and agility with calculating, organizing and presenting figures *Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Excel formatting *Proficient PC/Mac devices *Familiarity with Showbiz Cast & Crew software, Adobe Pro and ability to learn new programs and software as needed *Strong written and verbal communication skills *The ability to multi-task while being extremely detail oriented
