Responsibilities

• Reviewing and summarizing entertainment and corporate contracts
  
• Helping to build out legal operations resources
  
• Researching legal questions related to film and tv projects and ancillary issues
  
• Assisting with special projects
  

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school (preference will be given to rising 2Ls and rising 3Ls)
  
• Strong interest in entertainment law
  
• Highly detail-oriented
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Our internships are part-time roles with an hourly rate of $17.00. Actual pay will depend on various considerations, including: education, experience, skills, specializations, training, and business needs.
