MANAGER, INVENTORY – TEMPORARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Generating billing reports for Finance,

- Pulling weekly DR rates,

- Working with Programming, Operations and Traffic to match formats and programming changes,

- Updating collections reports and work with assistants to clear discrepancies,

- Building ADU packages by Account Executive based on current under delivery while monitoring allocations and booking of all ADU’s, coordinated with MSA on quarterly cpm listings and final reports, 

- Working with Operations, IT, Traffic and Finance on choosing and implementing any traffic system or planning system upgrades and/or system changes,

- Assisting in analyzing and strategizing on pre and post upfront reporting,

- Working with VP of Pricing and Planning to analyze distribution of inventory by category based on ratings, DR Rates and Marketplace.
