NY Casting Associate

Jonathan Strauss Casting

The ideal candidate would have previous television work as an associate, ability to create ideas lists, adjust and direct actors on live zooms, negotiate deals, and communicate efficiently with the Entertainment community, network, studio, and production staff. This position will work without a lot of oversight but needs to be ready and willing to be collaborative with fellow casting staff and creative teams. Familiarity with our current slate across 9 Series including (Law & Order and the Law & Order Universe, Chicago PD and the Chicago Universe, FBI and the FBI Universe) is a major plus! Mac laptop will be provided. We are currently working remotely using Slack workspace and Zoom, but candidates should be based in the New York area and able to work NY hours.
