Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business, Marketing or Communications or similar is strongly preferred

-Minimum 2-3 years sales experience

-Demonstrated history of success with consistently meeting/exceeding sales goals

-Exhibits a professional demeanor that is highlighted in all communications, including written and verbal

-Proven ability to work with all levels of individuals, both internally and externally, with professionalism, integrity and tact

-Demonstrated talent with developing effective and innovation advertising packages

-Effective in developing new accounts and managing existing clients

-Technologically efficient

-Skilled with persuasion and negotiation techniques

-Strong math skills and acumen with analysis

-Self motivated and goal oriented with strong time management and organizational skills

-Television experience is required

-Flexibility due to fast moving business is required
