Essential Responsibilities:

Assist Script and Production Supervisor with daily tasks

Assemble daily show documents for proper departments

Copy and distribute daily show documents to proper departments

Track script revisions with Script and Production Supervisor and distribute to proper departments  

Upload necessary documents to Scenechronize as required by NBC Studio Ops

Work with Production to maintain script supplies

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
