DIGITAL SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Remote)

Candidate Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Will leverage their digital sales experience and command of the Gen Y & Z demographic to prospect and sell brands our suite of media products and capabilities.

• Our candidate is passionate about this sell, self-motivated and capable of selling out-of-the-box ideas in addition to standard digital media assets and campaigns.

• Able to deliver persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to negotiate and close deals by leveraging our internal resources.

• Will work with internal creative and client services teams to develop custom marketing programs that meet/exceed client KPIs.

• Will manage and develop a strong forecasting pipeline of business to meet/exceed revenue targets.

• Maintain client relationships, ensuring client affinity and renewals, following our under-promise/over-deliver philosophy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of digital ad sales or digital agency experience with a strong track record in developing new business from local, regional and/or national accounts.

• Experience in selling programmatic, display and video advertising, social media campaigns and impressions, email marketing, creative assets, and sponsorships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills— able to package up solutions in compelling presentations that “wow!"

• Team player focused on individual but also team success and collaborations.

• Proven track record of hitting and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• IAB Certification or related certifications preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• A dynamic digital seller with a strong understanding of the Gen Y & Z markets—and the nuances of the media platforms that matter most to this group of consumers.

• A highly organized individual that pays close attention to the details.

Location:

• This is a remote job and may involve some travel.
