Responsibilities to include:

• Audit/post AP, PO and p-card batches processed by the assistants

• Enter JE’s, prepared by Lead Accountant

• Perform Distribution Changes, prepared by Lead Accountant

• Upload to BOX weekly funding requests

• Upload to Scenechronize the Hot Cost and Cost Reports prepared by Lead Accountant

• Perform month-end bank reconciliations

• Run/Save/Upload period-closing reports

• Manage the days of the junior assistants

Must be proficient in: EP SmartAccounting, Cashet, Scenechronize
