Paramount has partnered with MediaMKRS for the Content for Change Academy, a talent program that aims to remove barriers to entry for new storytellers, build equity, and invest in the industry’s next generation of leaders from nontraditional pathways, including individuals from community colleges and certification programs, who have been historically marginalized from entry into the entertainment industry. This Academy begins with a virtual introductory bootcamp where participants will gain insight into the Paramount business as well as skills that will equip them to succeed in the Content for Change Academy. Trainees will then be placed in a 6-month full-time placement within areas spanning across Pre-Production, Production, Post Production and Marketing. Trainees will receive one on one mentorship as well as access to an online resource library for career development.
