We are looking for an Assistant Paymaster that has excellent communication skills and will calculate, prepare and deliver payroll checks in accordance with client requests, Entertainment Partners policies, procedures and standards—all the while in constant contact with their assigned clients. The position requires significant data entry utilizing Entertainment Partners products and systems, with a high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate will maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with clients and co-workers. Since working with client's revenue it is important to deliver their payments timely and this can create a high pressure environment at times.

Digital Accounting Clerk needed on Network Series (New York)
Network SeriesSeason 2 of a network show based in Brooklyn, NY looking for a Digital Accounting Clerk. The show runs through August 2021. The Digital Clerk position will require knowledge of online share drives (i.e. Dropbox, BOX, and google drive). Must understand digital workflow and be able to handle digital filing. The Office duties include but, not limited to; filing, handling incoming phone calls, vendor outreach, and coordinating with the various departments. The position will require the clerk to assist in general accounting duties. Previous film/television experience is a plus, but we will train applicants with strong references.
