The Operations Coordinator will also work with Production Managers to support the department as needed, such as booking travel for production and talent to remote events. Opportunity to travel to remote events is a possibility. This position is freelance and will cover our fall and spring seasons. The position will start in August 2024 and conclude at the end of May 2025. Schedule revolves around early morning hours. Some weekends or holidays are to be expected.
