Variety has announced the honorees of New York Women in Film & Television’s 2014 Muse Awards. Maggie Gyllenhaal, Wanda Sykes, Condé Nast Entertainment president Dawn Ostroff, and script supervisor Mary Bailey (The Bling Ring, A League of Their Own) will be honored for “Vision and Achievement” at this year’s event, to be held on Dec. 11 at the New York Hilton Midtown.
Abigail Disney will be honored with the Loreen Arbus Changemaker Award for her work on documentary films and philanthropy.
The Muse Awards is NYWIFT’s annual gala luncheon that celebrates the vision and achievements of prominent women in film, television and digital media. It is the nonprofit’s largest fundraiser of the year. The celebrity-studded event attracts over 1,000 industry professionals. Get your tickets today!
