The New Year is upon us and in the film & TV industry, that means it’s time to head to Park City! The nonprofit Sundance Institute announced the comprehensive slate of independent films selected across the feature film categories for the 2024 Sundance Film Festival.
The 2024 Festival will take place January 18–28, 2024, in person in Park City, Salt Lake City, and the Sundance Resort, along with a selection of films available online across the country January 25–28, 2024.

We are also proud to share that NYWIFT Loreen Arbus Disability Awareness Grant recipient Nina is an Athlete by Ravit Markus will make its world premiere at the Slamdance Film Festival in Park City, January 22-28.
Slamdance is a community, an experience and a statement. Established by a wild bunch of filmmakers who wanted to showcase the unfiltered voice of independent artists, Slamdance is an ongoing experiment that has proven, year after year, when it comes to recognizing talent and launching careers, the independent and grassroots film communities can do it themselves.
Slamdance 2024 will take place in-person from January 19-25 and virtually from January 22-28.
Nina is an Athlete
Wheelchair badminton champion, Nina Gorodetsky, finally has a chance to make it to the Paralympics. However, she is negotiating a ticking biological clock both as an athlete and as a woman. What would she be willing to sacrifice to realize her Olympic dream?
