‘Welcome to Belle View’ is a TV Pilot Dramedy that explores the world of Skilled Nursing Facilities, seeking to bring discussion and knowledge to the public concerning the care and wellbeing of elderly patients, especially those with forms of dementia such as Alzheimer’s and Vascular Dementia. We would love to use this series to bring wider attention to the Alzheimer’s Foundation and its resources. This area of healthcare affects nearly everyone we’ve talked to about this show and has sparked much conversation. D.Parker Productions, founded and run by Maureen Van Trease, seeks to provide artistic opportunities for elderly and marginalized groups of people by creating projects like this one.
