All NYWIFT members are eligible for the formation of corporations and LLCs through the eMinutes Arts Program at the discounted rate of $495, all fees included.
eMinutes lawyers will consult with the artist, provide comprehensive, and highly customized legal services, and pay all filing fees. Participants can opt to utilize eMinutes entity management service but there is no obligation to do so.
The only requirements are (1) you are a NYWIFT member (2) have an accountant, (3) you must live in California, New York, or Texas, and (4) include eMinutes Arts acknowledgement in your project credits.
