Join some of the busiest members of New York's casting community for a nuts-and-bolts discussion of the audition process: adjusting for single-cam vs. multi-cam; network, cable or on-demand; a traditional sitcom vs. a contemporary dramedy. Learn to balance showing off your sparkling snowflake self with honoring the text and world of the show. Enjoy a unique look behind the curtain of today's funniest television, and arm yourself with the tools to nail your next comedy audition.

Jessica Daniels, CSA is an Emmy-Award winning casting director for television and film. Credits include Benders (IFC), Deadbeat (HULU), The Carrie Diaries (CW), and 30 Rock (NBC). For the past four years, Daniels has covered New York for Fox 21 Television Studios during pilot season, including work on Genius (Nat Geo), The People Vs. OJ Simpson (F/X), Life in Pieces (CBS), Fresh Off the Boat (ABC), and Weird Loners (Fox). Film Credits include The Strange Ones (SXSW '17), Roxanne, Roxanne (Sundance '17), Wiener-Dog (Sundance '16), White Girl (Sundance '16) and Nasty Baby (Sundance '15).

Jennifer Euston was born in 1974 and grew up in NJ, an avid fan of film and television. Euston began her career in casting as an intern, while attending NYU, Tisch School Of The Arts as a Cinema Studies major. While there, she proudly worked for Howard Stern. Euston’s first job out of college was as Casting Assistant on Law & Order. She then worked with Casting Director Ellen Lewis as her Assistant, then Associate on a number of films. Euston has been casting on her own for the past 11 years during which she has won 3 Primetime Emmys and 6 Artios Awards. Her credits include lots of movies of all shapes and sizes and several TV shows including Girls and Orange Is the New Black, and Netflix's upcoming G.L.O.W.
Gayle Keller is an independent New York casting director whose credits include the features Bringing Out The Dead, Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai, Black Swan, Life During Wartime, Dark Horse, Certain Women and Trainwreck. Additional feature credits include the soon to be released, The Big Sick and currently, Most Likely to Murder. Keller's television work includes Law & Order: Criminal Intent, The Unusuals, Bored to Death, Inside Amy Schumer, Search Party, Louie, Crashing, The Detour and Horace & Pete.
Seth White has worked at Cody Beke Casting for the last eight years. Cody Beke Casting is currently working on Season 4 of Broad City (Comedy Central) and Season 3 of Difficult People starring Billy Eichner and Julie Klausner (Hulu). White's credits also include Master of None starring Aziz Ansari (Netflix), The Jim Gaffigan Show (TV Land), Jon Glaser Loves Gear (truTV) and The Onion News Network.
Amanda Prasow (Moderator) is a Canadian-American actress specializing in quirky sidekicks and sarcastic coworkers. She plays 13 characters in the solo comedy film Bestie, slated for release in April. Recent screen credits include the indie pilot Borderline; web series Tam's World; and the dramedy Stef & Jeff. Prasow has performed improv and sketch in New York's stickiest basements, and previously worked as a medical clown in New Zealand, where the hospital floors were very clean.
