#Photo9262NYWIFT member Cynthia Hanson’s play TV in My Bones will run Aug. 9-13 at Theater for the New City (155 First Avenue, between 9th & 10th streets). A play is for TV junkies, stalkers, futurists, and the cultured set, TV in My Bones is an evening of quirky short plays that reflect TV’s ability to unite us, divide us, pervade our culture, suck our time, and by all means, entertain us! From playwright C.S. Hanson, TV in My Bones by C.S. Hanson is a character filled comedy that explores the way TV and technology influence relationships, romance, and how we see the world. Eight actors will bring to life a cast of characters in desperate situations that will make you laugh, cry, binge, and possibly delete your tinder account. Presented by Tribes Players, this production represents the grassroots art that is synonymous with downtown theatre and NYC.
