Christina Burz has been recruiting senior executives since 1990. Now an executive search and management consultant with Carlsen Resources, Inc, she has specialized in the communication and entertainment industries, including cable, broadcast, publishing and new media. She has recruited executives at the CEO, COO, and CFO levels as well as new teams for start-up companies.

Nancy Goldman is a former television development executive and coach. She is currently the job developer at the Made in NY Production Assistant Training Program. An adjunct professor at Manhattan College where she teaches communications, she also facilitates workshops for job seekers on using personal storytelling in interviews.

Angela Mickey is the managing director of casting at bicoastal Liz Lewis Casting Partners, where she has cast projects since 1999. Clients include America's Got Talent with Howard Stern, Kindle, Emirates Tourism, Capitol One and Panasonic. In addition to dealing with thousands of talent submissions, Mickey also hires casting and support staff.

Hassana Tutt is an entrepreneurial talent acquisition strategist and forward-thinking senior recruitment leader with a proven track record of success hiring best-in-class professionals for media/entertainment organizations.

Patricia S. Schwadron (moderator) has been the career counselor supervisor for The Actors Fund Work Program for over 13 years. Patch has worked in both Los Angeles and New York.
