Whether you are a business owner expecting to transition out of their practice in the near future, or a member who has been working in entertainment for years, this presentation -- geared towards those who have been in the work force for over a decade and actively saving for their future -- is for you. MetLife Certified Financial Planners Gail Linn and William Fischer will inform you about the key concepts you need to consider when it comes to saving for retirement, protection strategies, business transition, estate planning and more. They will clarify some of the more confusing financial issues we face every day and help you focus your efforts on your goals.
Light Refreshments will be served.
William Fischer, CFP, is a MetLife Financial Services Representative whose business philosophy and mission is to help individuals develop financial strategies, then achieve those strategies using products designed to meet their needs. His process never makes clients feel embarrassed about their financial knowledge. It focuses instead on analyzing their current situation, identifying where they want to be, then informing them on the products and services available to achieve their goals. Once a client’s strategy is established, his job shifts into a service oriented role. Since financial strategy is fluid, he is in regular contact to make sure the plan set in motion yesterday, is still working effectively today. When adjustments are necessary, he presents, discusses and implements any changes, creating a road map to take clients where they want to be.
Gail Linn, CFP, is a MetLife Financial Planner who specializes in working with professionals and corporate executives as they plan for and transition into retirement. She is currently Chairman of the New York Chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA-NY). Linn is also a ten-year qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table and was honored last year by the online publication Life Health Pro as one of the “20 Women In Insurance You Need To Know”. She is a member of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) and received the Circle of Excellence Award from them in both 2012 and 2013. Linn’s 24 years of experience includes presenting numerous financial seminars and workshops on retirement planning to many groups and organizations including NY Women in Communication, the NY Public Library Financial Literacy Center, the Financial Planning Association of NY, Professional Women at MetLife and the Real Estate Board of NY.
