In the early 1930s, an American scientist named Royal Raymond Rife invented a machine that was proven to have cured cancer. That machine, and all of its plans and components, was destroyed by a mysterious fire. But what if one of Dr. Rife's machines escaped destruction?
Anthony DiMucci, Chief of Police in a small New Jersey town, investigates the murder of a holistic doctor, and discovers a machine that can cure his wife's cancer. Is this the lost Rife Machine? In his attempt to bring the murderer to justice, DiMucci finds himself up against a vicious killer and an obscure but powerful drug lobby against which he cannot win. But why would they go to such great lengths just to destroy a machine? Because of his effort to seek the truth, DiMucci is dismissed from his position in the police force. It may all be over for him, for Rife's machine, and for alternative medical cures... Maybe.
